| Kenneth is an experienced
professional manager with a wide range of skills in project
management, general management and manufacturing engineering.
He has held a wide variety of managerial and strategic positions
within the engineering and automotive industries, from global
organisations to niche SMEs.
Kenneth advises clients on manufacturing issues, identifying
competitive advantage through strategic change, right down
to best-practice shop-floor operations. He has particular
expertise in helping clients improve their profitability through
manufacturing performance and efficiency improvement, formal
quality programme implementation (e.g. ISO9000, TS16949 etc.)
and optimised manufacturing strategy.
Kenneth holds a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering.
